Introduction：

China's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) market has experienced significant growth, with 2016 marking a peak of $770 billion in transaction value and a dramatic surge in outbound investments. In 2025, regulatory developments like the CSRC's proposal to tighten IPO approvals and the rapid rise of AI are poised to reshape the M&A landscape, presenting both new opportunities and complex challenges for businesses.

Yet, while M&A activity can unlock substantial value, many deals fall short due to overlooked human capital risks. HR departments are often brought in too late to anticipate and manage key issues such as talent attrition, employee transition, and cultural alignment—jeopardizing operational stability and long-term returns.

This seminar will explore practical strategies to integrate HR early and effectively in the M&A process, drawing on real-world case studies to highlight best practices in employee transfer and organizational transition.

兼并收购是企业谋求价值增长的关键战役，但在交易过程中，人力资源部门往往由于介入过晚而无法发挥战略性价值，或不能及时评估重大人员流失与员工关系转移风险，从而导致核心人才流失、业务断层甚至法律纠纷，直接影响并购后的协同效应和投资回报。
