EU SME Breakfast Seminar - Digital Marketing and its Legal Environment
BenCham is delighted to invite you to our next edition of the EU SME Breakfast Seminars organised in cooperation with the EU SME Centre on November 17 at the Luxembourg Embassy.
This month we will give you a comprehensive guide on China's e-commerce and how to adapt your digital marketing strategies to the Chinese market. During the seminar, we will also have an in-depth analysis on the legal environment of operating in China's e-commerce world.
Rafael Jimenez, our first speaker, will focus on the essential tools for digital marketing, relating to the guidelines published by the EU SME Centre in mid-September. Following this comprehensive part, Rafael will discuss how to understand the Chinese consumer behaviour (related to E-Commerce), describing the process of purchase and the power of new data.
Next to Rafael, we welcome David Tiang, the Principal of Tiang & Co., which is associated with PwC Legal International Pte Ltd (a licensed Foreign Law Practice). His current primary focus is on governance, risk management and compliance, and also has extensive experience in corporate commercial matters in China and other Asia jurisdictions.
