BenCham EU SME Seminar

BenCham is delighted to invite you to our next edition of the EU SME Breakfast Seminars organised in cooperation with the EU SME Centre on September 21 at the Luxembourg Embassy.

Change has never been more profound as it is today; new technologies are really driving organizations to shift from an approach based on reducing uncertainty, to a world where progress is made by actively engaging with uncertainty. This requires a more creative and engaging way of leadership.

Ton Dijkzeul, our first speaker, will focus on developing leadership. In his seminar he will share a business case of a top leading automotive company who created the desired cultural change and made the organizations' leaders operate from a more creative operating model.

Next to Ton Dijkzeul, we welcome Athena Zhang. Experienced in multi-national Companies with more than 10 years working experience at companies such as UBS and PwC. Athena has more than 5 years experience in talent acquisition, providing clients end to end professional recruitment consultancy and staffing strategy services of Financial and Consulting industries. In her seminar she will share her knowledge about how to keep learning & developing under the current global economy.
