2021 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China will be held on Friday, December 17th. During this meeting, we will review the chamber's activities and financial situation, with an aim to give a reliant prediction for the upcoming year.

The Annual General Meeting is also the occasion where board members are (re)elected. The Benelux Chamber is always looking for talented individuals that are willing to contribute to the management and guidance of the chamber. In order to be a candidate for the Board of Directors of the Benelux Chamber, you need to fulfill the following requirements:

• You are member of the Benelux Chamber (Individual member or Corporate Member)
• You are a Benelux NationalOR you are a Non-Benelux National, but working at a Benelux Company
• You are residing in mainland China
• You have the support of at least one current Board Member that signs your candidate application form

Representing the Benelux Chamber as a board member is a serious responsibility, yet it also provides you with benefits in terms of networking and opening new doors. Board members are ought to have a leading and guiding role in the governance of the chamber, while simultaneously keeping our members involved in specific committees and industry-focused working groups.

Note that the Annual General Meeting is accessible only for members of the Benelux Chamber.
