The 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China will be held on Friday, March 24th. During this meeting, we will review the chamber's activities and financial situation, with an aim to give a reliant prediction for the upcoming year. The AGM was previously planned to be conducted in December 2022, but was cancelled due to COVID-19. Therefore (by high exception) the 2022 AGM will be held in 2023.
The Annual General Meeting is also the occasion where board members are (re)elected. The Benelux Chamber is always looking for talented individuals that are willing to contribute to the management and guidance of the chamber. In order to be a candidate for the Board of Directors of the Benelux Chamber, you need to fulfill the following requirements:
Representing the Benelux Chamber as a board member is a serious responsibility, yet it also provides you with benefits in terms of networking and opening new doors. Board members are ought to have a leading and guiding role in the governance of the chamber, while simultaneously keeping our members involved in specific committees and industry-focused working groups.

Note that the Annual General Meeting is accessible only for members of the Benelux Chamber. Please bring your Passport or ID (身份证) to identify yourself upon entering the Embassy.
