Bo Yu has been with PwC in Beijing Office for 20 years since graduation from the University of International Business and Economics where he holds a bachelor of economic law.
Bo Yu has built up very solid networking relationships with key government authorities, including Ministry of Commerce, State Administration of Industry and Commerce, State Administration of Taxation, SAFE, etc. He has often presented about various regulatory and tax topics to Chambers of Commerce of various countries in Beijing.
He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also Fellow member of the Association of Registered Tax Agent in China. He is recognised as a Young Excellent Professional in Chaoyang District by the government. Bo Yu is group manager for China Investment Business Advisory (“CIBA”) Team under Tax Services. Bo Yu is heavily involved in advising investment / restructure / exit strategy of multi-national companies into China. Bo Yu leads the team to support Beijing government to issue 2019 Foreign Direct Investment Report.
