The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China will be held on Friday, September 18th! During this meeting, we will review the chamber's activities and financial situation, with an aim to give a reliant prediction for the upcoming year.
Representing the Benelux Chamber as a board member is a serious responsibility, yet it also provides you with benefits in terms of networking and opening new doors. Board members are ought to have a leading and guiding role in the governance of the chamber, while simultaneously keeping our members involved in specific committees and industry-focused working groups.
If you would like to join the board of the Benelux Chamber, please send an e-mail that states your background and motivation to both our Chairman Tom Hoogendijk tom@bencham.org and to our Interim General Manager Ferry Rebergen ferry@bencham.org. You will be sent an application form that will have to be signed by at least one existing board member to be eligible for election.

Join us for a post-meeting dinner at Hulu!
As always, the AGM is accompanied with a lavish dinner. Our member company TRB has proposed a menu that will tickle our senses and is accompanied by a two hours free flow of wine. Join the dinner after our AGM in order to review the meeting and celebrate the newly elected board members, and end the week in a relaxed fashion.
